One of Us at the International Council of Tribology: Assistant Professor Dr. Çağatay Elibol

One of the faculty members of the Faculty of Science at our university, Assistant Professor Dr. Çağatay Elibol was elected as the Turkey Representative & Senior Member of the International Tribology Council (ITC).
In the council session held in Lyon on 22.07.2022, our faculty member Dr. Elibol was elected by unanimous vote.
This matter, which does not exist in our country yet, will lead the way for the establishment of the National Tribology Federation, and it has the potential to make a great contribution to our university in the international arena with the Surface Research Center (UYAM) we have established.
It is great happiness and honour for all of us that the faculty members of our university achieve such international successes. We congratulate our young faculty member and wish him a continued success.
