Erasmus+ Cooperation Between Our University and Kanto Gakuin University
A new international cooperation agreement has been signed under the Erasmus+ program between our university and Kanto Gakuin University, located in Yokohama, Japan.
The project application prepared by our International Relations Coordinator’s Office within the scope of the Erasmus+ KA171 Program was accepted by the Turkish National Agency and became eligible for grant support.
The initiatives and academic connections of our Dean of the Faculty of Law, Prof. Dr. Hamide Özden Özkaya Ferendeci, played a significant role in laying the foundations of this cooperation established with Kanto Gakuin University. The project application process aimed at transforming the initial contacts between the two universities into institutional cooperation within the framework of Erasmus+ KA171 was managed by our International Relations Coordinator’s Office.
Within the scope of the project, whose budget has also been approved by the Turkish National Agency, academic and administrative staff from both universities are expected to benefit from reciprocal mobility activities. Activities under the project can be carried out until July 31, 2028.
This new cooperation, representing a significant step forward in developing academic relations with Japan, aims to strengthen institutional ties between our university and Kanto Gakuin University and lay the groundwork for future academic collaborations.
