A “Kindness on Campus” Charity Bazaar was Organized at Our University

The charity bazaar called “Kindness on Campus”, organized by the Idea and Civilization Club, one of our university’s student clubs, was held on our campus between May 20-22, 2025. During the three-day event, students, academic and administrative staff came together at stands where food, beverages and souvenirs were sold and shopped to support Gaza.

All proceeds from the event were donated to the Children of Earth Association (YEÇED) to provide holiday gifts to the children of Gaza and emergency humanitarian aid to the Palestinian people.

Our Rector Prof. Dr. Cemal Yıldız also visited the charity bazaar, toured the stands, chatted with the students and thanked them for their sensitivity.
The bazaar, where the spirit of solidarity and cooperation is at the forefront, attracted great interest on campus.
