ASIIN Accreditation Site Visit Conducted at the Faculty of Engineering

As part of the accreditation process for the undergraduate programs of the Faculty of Engineering, an evaluation team appointed by ASIIN, a Germany-based accreditation organization, visited our University on June 2-3, 2026.

Our Rector Prof. Dr. Cemal Yıldız, our General Coordinator Prof. Dr. Ferit Küçükay, our Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Yunus Ziya Arslan, our Acting Dean of the Faculty of Engineering Prof. Dr. Murat Hamderi, and our academics participated in the two-day evaluation program. The team conducted inspections of all departments of our Faculty of Engineering.

As part of the accreditation process, meetings were held with students, alumni, and internal and external stakeholders. Furthermore, the laboratories and educational infrastructure within the faculty were examined on-site, and comprehensive evaluations were made regarding the educational processes of the programs.
