BauTalks Program Held with the Participation of Our Rector

On May 11, 2026, the “BauTalks” program was held at our university in the Conference Hall of the School of Foreign Languages. Our Rector, Prof. Dr. Cemal Yıldız, along with our General Coordinator Prof. Dr. Ferit Küçükay, our Acting Dean of the Faculty of Engineering Prof. Dr. Murat Hamderi, industry representatives, and students participated in the program.

In his opening speech, our Rector stated that university-industry collaboration makes significant contributions to students' professional development and career planning. He noted that such events allow students to directly communicate with industry representatives and emphasized the importance of organizations that support the sharing of knowledge and experience.

Following the opening, sessions were held where experts from various sectors met with students. The program, which included participation from representatives of GAP Construction, Akçansa, and Türk Ytong, covered topics such as the construction sector, financial reporting, cost accounting, energy efficiency, and safe building solutions.
