The Faculty of Law of the Turkish-German University will organize the “Symposium on Lease Law”, at which the theoretical foundations of lease law and current issues arising in legal practice will be discussed.

The symposium will take place on 16 April 2026. Academics, legal practitioners, and postgraduate students who wish to present a paper in the field of lease law are cordially invited to participate. Applicants are kindly requested to submit their personal details (name, academic title if applicable, institutional affiliation, and contact information), together with the title of their paper and an abstract not exceeding 500 words, no later than 23 March 2026 to medenihukuk@tau.edu.tr.

Submissions will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee, and the finalized program will be announced thereafter. Participation in the symposium is free of charge; however, travel and accommodation expenses are to be covered by the participants. Accepted abstracts and/or full papers will be published in accordance with academic incentive and associate professorship criteria.
