Our Rector Participated in the “Workshop on Thinking, Speaking and Writing in Turkish”

The “Workshop on Thinking, Speaking and Writing in Turkish” organized by Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University and the Turkish Language and Literature Association (TDED) in collaboration was held on April 22, 2025 with the participation of our Rector Prof. Dr. Cemal Yıldız.

In the sessions within the scope of the workshop, the relationship between language and thought and identity was discussed in different aspects. Our University Rector Prof. Dr. Cemal Yıldız made evaluations within an academic framework with his speech titled “On Education Abroad (Diaspora), Mother Tongue, Bilingualism, Identity and Cultural Relations”.

 The workshop provided an opportunity for the participants to emphasize the intellectual and cultural value of Turkish and to share their academic knowledge.
