Our TGU-SAT Team Wins First Place at TEKNOFEST 2025
Our university's TGU-SAT Team achieved great success at the TEKNOFEST Model Satellite Competition, held on September 10-12, 2025, winning first place in Category 2 (TICOSAT).
Our team, which has made it to the finals every year since 2022 and achieved third place in 2023, became the champion in the K-2 TICOSAT Advanced Category, held for the first time this year.
Our TGU-SAT Team, consisting of Electrical and Electronics Engineering students Talha Eren Yazıcı, Fatih Bedirhan Dilber, Alp Yiğit Baş, and Tarık Hakan Akçin, and Computer Engineering students Çağlar Kabaca and Ezgi Elif Keskin, is advised by Dr. Murat Tümer.
Our TGU-SAT Team will receive their awards at an awards ceremony to be held at Atatürk Airport on September 17-21, 2025. We congratulate our TGU-SAT Team and their advisors and wish them continued success in their endeavours.
