Turkish-German University's Digital Transformation Application and Research Center Recognized as a Key Digital Transformation Center in Istanbul Development Agency (İSTKA) Report

The Digital Transformation Application and Research Center (TAÜ-DTUARC) of Turkish-German University has been recognized as one of the leading institutions contributing to Istanbul's digital and green transformation ecosystem in the report titled Digital Transformation Ecosystem in Istanbul – Digital and Green Transformation Consulting Centers 2026, published by the Istanbul Development Agency (İSTKA) in June 2026.

The report, which evaluates 13 digital and green transformation consulting centers operating in Istanbul, features TAÜ-DTUARC's interdisciplinary work addressing the technological, economic, legal, and social dimensions of digital transformation, as well as the consultancy and training services it provides to businesses. Prof. Dr. Müge Klein, Director of the DTUAR Center, was also among the institutional representatives who contributed to the preparation of the report.

The report particularly emphasizes the DTUARC’s work in the fields of artificial intelligence literacy, digital transformation maturity assessment, AI ethics, carbon footprint calculation, and life cycle assessment. It also underlines the DTUARC’s contributions to Istanbul’s digital transformation ecosystem through its digital maturity assessments, educational activities, and technology-oriented collaborations carried out to date.
