Turkish-Japanese-German Conference on "The Requirements of the Rule of Law in Civil Procedural Law" was held at the Turkish-German University on 23-25 November 2023. The three-day conference started with the opening speech of our Rector Prof. Dr. Cemal Yıldız. On the first day of the conference, the constitutional aspects of out-of-court dispute resolution methods in Turkish, Japanese and German law were presented. On the second day of the conference, the inseparable link between the right to be heard and the principle of equality in proceedings was explained with detailed and informative presentations. In the afternoon of the second day of the conference, presentations were made on the increasingly popular "Legal Tech" and digitalisation in civil procedure law. The last day of the conference was devoted to "Civil Procedure in the Rule of Law - Experiences and Perspectives from Turkish, German and Japanese Perspectives". The conference ended with dinner and a city tour.
