Turkish Maarif Foundation Visits Our Rector

Prof. Dr. İbrahim Gültekin, Head of the Turkish and Foreign Language Teaching Department at the Turkish Maarif Foundation, visited Rector Prof. Dr. Cemal Yıldız in his office.

During the visit, evaluations were made regarding the Turkish Maarif Foundation's educational activities both at home and abroad, and views were exchanged on possible areas of cooperation with our University.

During the visit, a book prepared by Prof. Dr. İbrahim Gültekin as part of the "International Workshop on Teaching Turkish to Bilinguals," held at our university on May 22–23, 2024, and co-edited by our Rector, was presented to our Rector. Our Rector, in turn, presented Prof. Dr. Gültekin with a copy of the Faculty of Culture and Social Sciences Yearbook, "Türkisch-Deutsche Perspektiven / Turkish-German Perspectives," a joint publication of Heidelberg University and our university.
