Work Continues on Turkish-German University Block A Student Dormitory Building

The ground strengthening work concerning the block A2 of "Turkish-German University A Block Student Dormitory Building Construction Work", the construction of which has actually started on the land allocated to our university, have been completed. The above- ground foundation of the dormitory building was laid on September 18, 2023 by Turkish-German University Rector Prof. Dr. Cemal Yıldız, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Ali Gökhan Yavuz along with the Secretary General Harun Ceylan and the Head of Construction Affairs Department Kurtuluş Kaya.
The block A Student Dormitory has a total construction area of 14,500 m2, covering dormitory rooms and an indoor sports hall with an audience capacity of 400 people, study areas, a fitness centre, a dining hall and social facility building sections. The student dormitory has a capacity of 400 people and has single as well as triple room concepts.
The student dormitory building is planned to be completed in July 2024 and begin to serve in September 2024.
