Academic Gowning Ceremony Held at Our University

On the occasion of Ayşe Elif Posos Devrani, one of the academicians of the Faculty of Culture and Social Sciences at our university, and Ahmet Tanju Yelkenci, one of the academicians of the Faculty of Engineering, being awarded the title of Associate Professor as well as Ahmet Batuhan Oyal from the Faculty of Law and Ömer Faruk Aydın, one of the academicians of the Faculty of Engineering being conferred the title of Doctor Lecturer, the academic gowning ceremony was held on January 18, 2023. Besides our faculty deans, institute and college directors and members of the senate, our Rector Prof. Dr. Cemal Yıldız, our General Coordinator Prof. Dr. Ferit Küçükay, our Vice-Rectors Prof. Dr. Aysel Uzuntaş, Prof. Dr. Ali Gökhan Yavuz attended the ceremony. 

In order to congratulate them on their new titles, our Rector Prof. Dr. Cemal Yıldız put their gowns on Assoc. Dr. Ahmet Tanju Yelkenci, Assoc. Dr. Ayşe Elif Posos Devrani, Dr. Lecturer Member Ahmet Batuhan Oyal and Dr.  Lecturer Ömer Faruk Aydın. The ceremony ended with our Rector Yıldız and Ferit Küçükay’s presenting certificated to our academics and taking a photo.
