Our Rector Prof. Dr. Cemal Yıldız Participated in “Turkish and Turkish Teaching Panel in the World and in Turkey on the 100th Anniversary of Our Republic”

Our Rector, Prof. Dr. Cemal Yıldız participated as a speaker in the panel titled "Teaching Turkish in the World and in Turkey in the 100th Anniversary of our Republic" organized jointly by Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University (ÇOMÜ) Faculty of Education and Turkish Hearths Çanakkale Branch.

Many academicians, officials from the Çanakkale Branch of the Turkish Hearths and university students attended the panel held at ÇOMÜ Troy Cultural Centre on January 4, 2023, as part of the "Century of the Republic Events".

After the opening speeches by Turkish Hearths Çanakkale Branch Head Assoc. Dr. Oğuz Diker, Dean of ÇOMÜ, Faculty of Education Prof. Dr. Salih Zeki Genç and ÇOMÜ Rector Prof. Dr. Sedat Murat, our Rector Prof. Dr. Cemal Yıldız made a presentation titled “Mother Tongue Education Abroad and Bilingualism” in the panel that started under the moderation of Assoc. Dr. Mehtap Özden. After Prof. Dr. Mustafa Sinan Kaçalin's presentation, “Mevlit” and Prof. Dr. Yakup Yılmaz's presentation on "The European Side in the History of Turkish Teaching", the panel ended with presenting gifts to the speakers and a photo shoot.
